Speaking & Author Event Hosting
I love chatting... if you've met me, you'll know this. And it's something that comes in very handy for live events, virtual talks, bookshop appearnaces and literary festivals, as I don't mind (in fact rather like) talking in front of a crowd.
I can also use my experience as a journalist and podcast host to ask the right questions, in the right order, whether I'm hosting an author interview, moderating a panel or leading a live conversation. I'm always keen to create a memorable event.

I host book events and have interviewed many well known authors and public figures, most recently Caroline Quentin, Patrick Grant from the BBC's Great British Sewing Bee, Sarah Turner, Lauren Bravo, Cecelia Ahern and Dawn O'Porter.
From author interviews and in-conversation events to festival panels and live discussions, my experience helps me create really fun and engaging conversations that audiences genuinely enjoy.
I also speak at events and on panels about writing, being an author and creativity, as well as sustainable living, beauty standards and midlife reinvention, the themes explored in my books Thanks for Sharing, Turn Back Time and The Redo.
I bring insight, humour and personal experience to these conversations about always make sure to get the audience involved.
Recent speaking topics have included beauty culture, tweakments, midlife invisibility, generational divides and the pressure women face to stay relevant as they age.

To book me to speak at, host or moderate your next event, festival, panel or author conversation, you can email me here or contact my speaker agency, Speaker Buzz.
I'm available for literary festivals, bookshop events, panel discussions and speaking engagements across the UK.
